By streamlining processes and practices, Navy program managers will be able to achieve significant cost savings in managing the delivery and maintenance of ships and weapons systems for the fleet. NAVSEA awarded the three-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA BPA British Paediatric Association. ) that has a ceiling value of $300 million.

BDM and its partners will help Team CX increase its overall productivity by: (1) reducing the number of SEA 91 personnel required to manage support contracts; (2) achieving the most competitive contractor rates from economies of scale; (3) reducing redundant tasking and activity by overseeing all efforts on the contract; (4) consolidating and standardizing processes and practices; (5) identifying and continuously implementing best practices from industry and government; and (6) meeting or exceeding NAVSEA's small and small disadvantaged business goals. The work will be performed primarily at a TRW office located in Arlington, Va.
