&A), the nation's premier Merchandise Agency(SM), specializing in helping Fortune 1000 companies achieve their full brand potential, today announced the appointments of two new executives to its senior management team: Jeff Hansen as the Vice President and General Manager of its Consumer Products Division and Alison Paisley as its Vice President of Marketing. With deep industry experience from a broad range of market disciplines, these executives will help guide BD&A in its mission to help major brands bring their merchandise concepts to life.

As Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Products Division, Jeff Hansen comes to BD&A with more than 17 years of experience, most recently serving as the head of EMEA Product Management for Belkin, one of the world's largest manufacturers and marketers of technology products and accessories. At Belkin, Mr. Hansen led the product marketing department where he helped establish Belkin as a recognized brand in the thriving technology accessory market. Prior to working at Belkin, Hansen was the Senior Vice President, Merchandising at Zones, Inc., a $600M publicly traded direct marketer of technology products and services, where he oversaw all vendor relationships, marketing, merchandising, and vendor sales functions for the company. Hansen also served as President of Optisel, an ecommerce and logistics service provider, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Merisel, Inc. Mr. Hansen received a dual BA from Utah State University in Economics and International Relations and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird.

Alison Paisley brings to BD&A more than 15 years of senior management experience where as the Vice President of Marketing, she oversees all global marketing for BD&A, including brand development, public relations, field marketing, corporate identity and communications. Prior to joining BD&A, Ms. Paisley served as the Director of Marketing for Sun Microsystem's Customer Advocacy Group. In this capacity, she led a variety of strategic branding and marketing communications initiatives and integrated global marketing and communications plans for the $11 billion dollar technology provider. Paisley also served in a senior marketing capacity for Teleflora, a leading global floral wire service where she was responsible for a 30% growth in national account sales. Prior to this, she was a Regional Director of Marketing for Costco Wholesale, where she led programs that increased market share, business membership base, and product sales. Paisley received a bachelor's degree in International Business from San Diego State University.
