), which through its Franchises operates the world's largest wholesale printing chain, today announced the appointment of John N. Galardi as a director of BCT International, Inc. to replace Thomas J. Cassady, who retired on November 6, 2000.

Mr. Galardi, who was appointed during a meeting of the Board of Directors on November 18, 2000, was previously a director of the Company from 1990 through 1995.
