), announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a reorganization of Senior Management of the Company. Under the reorganization, Chairman William A. Wilkerson will assume the additional duties of Chief Executive Officer; Peter T. Gaughn, formerly President and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the duties of President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
