"The election of two new Vice Presidents and our other personnel appointments strengthen BCP Management by bringing added experience and expertise to our executive team," said Joseph M. Saggese, chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of BCPM. Mr. Dieker, who was recently named by Borden, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel of the Worldwide Packaging and Industrial Products sector, continues as Secretary of BCP Management, a position he has held since 1987. Mr. Dieker previously was an Assistant General Counsel of Borden, Inc. and has provided legal services to Borden's chemical businesses since joining the Company in 1972. He has had responsibility for environmental law since 1992 and has served as Chairman of the American Corporate Counsel Association's National Environmental Law Committee. Prior to Borden, Mr. Dieker practiced law at Jackson & Sherman in Kansas City, Missouri Kansas City is the largest city in the state of Missouri. It encompasses parts of Jackson, Clay, Cass, and Platte counties and is the anchor city of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, the second largest in Missouri, which includes counties in both Missouri and Kansas. , and at Wheeler & Mitchelson in Pittsburg, Kansas.

In addition to his position with BCPM, Mr. Bradford has joined Borden, Inc. as Vice President, Health, Safety and the Environment. He joins Borden and BCPM from Olin Corporation, where he served as Director of Risk Management since 1988 and as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  since 1989. At Olin, Mr. Bradford had been previously responsible for the corporation's environmental, health and safety efforts. He also served as Chairman of the Environmental Management Committee of the Chemical Manufacturers Association. Mr. Dove continues as Assistant Treasurer of Borden, Inc., a position he has held since 1989, with responsibility for managing Borden's worldwide credit and accounts receivable. Mr. Dove joined Borden in 1972 and has held increasingly responsible positions in corporate credit. He is a member of the National Association of Credit Management and the National Chemical Credit Association, and is a director of the National Food Manufacturers Credit Group.

In his newly created position, Mr. McKinley is responsible for BCPM's public relations and expanded investor communications activities. Mr. McKinley joined Borden in 1989 as Manager, Financial Communications, with responsibility for financial media relations and shareholder communications. Prior to Borden, he held corporate communications positions at Inspiration Resources, Allied Chemical and Celanese.
