BCI Aircraft Leasing, Inc. Acquires Three Boeing 767-300ERs; Aircraft on Lease to TUI AG.

 Aircraft Leasing, Inc. today announced the acquisition of three Boeing 767-300ER aircraft subject to operating leases with TUI AG TUI AG (Touristik Union International) (ISIN: DE000TUAG000) is a German based company. Until 2001 it was an industrial and transportation company named Preussag AG, which in the mid-1990s decided to reinvent itself as a tourism, shipping, and logistics company. . The transaction, valued at US$90 million, was financed by BCI and a syndicate of commercial lenders.
