") today announced that its Korean PCS (1) (Personal Communications Services) Refers to wireless services that emerged after the U.S. government auctioned commercial licenses in 1994 and 1995. This radio spectrum in the 1.  operator, Hansol PCS Co. Ltd. ("Hansol PCS"), has surpassed 2 million subscribers less than 18 months after the launch of service.

BCI holds an 18.2 percent interest in Hansol PCS, as well as debentures which, when converted, will create an interest of approximately 24 percent on a fully-diluted basis.
