Reddy Ice Holdings Inc., up $1.84 at $30.36 The company, which makes and distributes packaged ice, said it agreed to be bought by investment company GSO Capital Partners LP for $1.1 billion. Caterpillar Inc., up $2.34 at $80.64 The heavy machinery maker rose after the Institute for Supply Management's monthly report said manufacturing in June was stronger than expected. NASDAQ Virgin Media Inc., up $4.61 at $28.98 The British telecommunications company confirmed Monday it received a buyout offer. It did not disclose the price of the offer, but media reports said the Carlyle Group bid $11.1 billion. Dobson Communications Corp., up $1.28 at $12.39 AT&T Inc. said Friday it agreed to buy the rural wireless provider for $2.8 billion, or $13 per share. Local.com Corp., up $4.29 at $11.21 The advertising services company said it got a U.S. patent for an advertising referral system related to directory assistance listings.
