SHANGHAI, China -- BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited, a leading analog integrated device manufacturer based in Greater China, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its American Depository Shares ("ADSs"). The ADSs to be sold in the offering are expected to be offered by the company.
