It serves as an excellent complement to the other educational and informational assets that the Forum offers to develop the broadband market."

The model also offers content providers and network service providers the ability to assess prospective cooperative business models, set objectives for negotiating win-win partnerships, and enables a framework for making sound business decisions.

A presentation on the new tool and how it can be leveraged for evaluating specific service opportunities will be delivered at the BCD Forum's upcoming meeting in London (September 16th - 17th). The tool is currently available at http://www.bcdforum.org.
