BCB Holdings Signs U.S. Distribution Deal Worth $700,000.

 Holdings Inc. (BIV - Alberta Stock Exchange) today announced that it has entered into an exclusive one-year distribution agreement, worth a minimum of $700,000, with CLM CLM - Career Limiting Move  Sales Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia.

CLM Sales, which has been in business for 37 years, is the leading independent distributor of dictation equipment in the U.S. The agreement with BCB gives CLM the exclusive right to sell BCB's full line of digital dictation Digital dictation is a method of recording and editing the spoken word in real-time within a digital audio format.

Digital dictation offers several advantages over traditional cassette tape based dictation:
, recording and voice logging Voice logging or telephone recording, is the practice of regularly recording audio, usually in a business situation. Most commonly telephone lines or business radio channels are recorded.  systems through its network of 150 dealers in 13 states. This includes BCB's recently released PC Talk voice e-mail and personal voice logging software and NetBoard voice compression sound card. In return, CLM will guarantee BCB minimum sales revenue of $700,000.

"By demonstrating how our digital dictation and voice logging products are being enhanced by new voice compression technology, a powerful programmable database and Microsoft Windows interface, we've opened the eyes of many reseller organizations to a great number of new applications and corresponding market opportunities."

Peter Vanderlee, BCB's Executive Vice President points out that the deal with CLM illustrates how BCB is expanding and enhancing its sales channels. "CLM, because of its enduring relationship with an extensive value-added dealer network, offers us significant marketing muscle."
