BCB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Special Dividend of 30 Cents Per Share.

 Bancorp, Inc., parent company of Bayonne Community Bank, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of 30 cents per share Cents per share

The amount of a mutual fund's dividend or capital gains distributions that a shareholder will receive for each share owned.
. The dividend will be paid on September 20th, 2006 to shareholders of record on September 1st, 2006. This is the Company's first cash dividend since opening for business in November of 2000.
