.OB - News) announced that their Board of Directors approved a 25% stock dividend. The dividend will be paid on Monday, November 22, 2004 to all shareholders of record as of Monday, November 8, 2004. In announcing the stock dividend, Chairman of the Board, Mark Hogan commented, "Strong balance sheet growth, combined with prudent management of our asset growth and our strong results of operations reflect the successful execution of the Company's corporate business plan. We believe that the declaration of the stock dividend reflects our desire to share our growth with our shareholders. As we continue to move forward, we are evaluating more diversified business lines and tax strategies in a continuing effort to enhance shareholder value. Bayonne Community Bank presently operates three offices located in Bayonne, New Jersey Bayonne is a city in Hudson County, New Jersey, United States, south of Jersey City. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city had a total population of 61,842.
