The day on which an options or futures contract is no longer valid and, therefore, ceases to exist.

Notes:
The expiration date for all listed stock options in the U.S.
 of its Class B and Class E Warrants, to January 17, 1998. The conversion rates and conversion prices for these securities will be as follows:

Class B Warrants (NASDAQ: BCAML) will have a conversion rate of 1.2 shares of common stock per Class B Warrant, the conversion price will be $1.50 up to the expiration date January 17, 1998. Class E Warrants (NASDAQ: BCAMZ) have a conversion rate of 1.1 shares of common stock per Class E Warrant and the conversion price will be $1.25 up to the expiration date January 17, 1998. The Class B and Class E warrants are subject to redemption by the Company at any time, on not less than 30 days prior written notice at $.05 per Warrant if: (1) the average Exercise Price of the Common Stock exceeds the applicable average closing bid price for any period of 30 consecutive business days ending within 15 days prior to the date of the notice of redemption , and (2) the Company has in effect a current prospectus covering the Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Class B and Class E Warrants.
