BBVA-Bancomer. (Mexico).


BBVA BBVA - Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (First Bank of Spain)-BANCOMER, Mexico's second largest bank, sold its 51% stake in low-income lender Credito Familiar to U.S.-based Citigroup for an undisclosed sum. Citigroup now becomes the sole owner of the lender.
