BBVA Bancomer. (Dear Shareholder).


The Mexican bank's net income grew 10% in the third quarter after completing loan payments for the 1996 acquisition of Banca Cremi and Banco de Oriente. Non-banking assets, such as its pension fund business, boosted revenue and accounted for 26% of the bank's quarterly income.
