 Worldwide (Nasdaq:TSAI TSAI Transaction Systems Architects Inc ) announce that Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BBVA BBVA Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (First Bank of Spain) ) and Telefonica Moviles SA of Spain have selected Nestor's PRISM(R) eFraud to detect fraudulent mobile e-commerce transactions. Through their recently formed joint venture known as MovilPago, BBVA and Telefonica will integrate PRISM eFraud as a component of ACI's enterprise mobile payments solution.

MovilPago is an innovative payment system that allows consumers to effect m-payments via the Global System for Mobile Communications (communications) Global System for Mobile Communications - (GSM, originally "Groupe de travail Sp?ciale pour les services Mobiles") One of the major standards for digital cellular communications, in use in over 60 countries and serving over one billion subscribers.  (GSM) or other mobile communications systems. MovilPago plans to deploy the system in 30 countries worldwide within two years, with an anticipated 100 million consumers using the system and 5 million merchants accepting payments.

MovilPago is expected to have a huge impact on the way all consumers make m-payments of both low and high value. MovilPago aims to become a common medium for everyday consumer e-payments -- particularly smaller value transactions in traditional, Internet and m-commerce environments. Organizers believe the system will appeal immediately to innovative consumers and particularly to younger segments of the market, and that it will gain universal acceptance very rapidly.
