BBK Welcomes Three New Hires in Finance, Strategy and Operations.

The hiring of Jason Bonin, Vijay Erasala and Bill Park signifies BBK's continued dedication and support to enhance the growth, profits and stability of its clients by offering solutions that create healthier companies in all service areas--financially, strategically and operationally.

As a manager in Southfield, Bill is a financial professional who has strong analytical skills and specializes in performance improvement results for BBK's clients.

Most recently, Bill was Finance Supervisor- Product Development/Manufacturing Finance at Ford Motor Company, where he collected, consolidated and reported global engineering financials including budget, forecast and business plans.

Vijay works out of BBK's Chicago office as a manager, and provides his expertise in strategic planning and international business development.

As a Senior Associate at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants in Chicago, Vijay successfully conducted due diligence and strategic business architecture assessments, and performed portfolio analyses to develop operating plans and identify major cost reduction opportunities.

Jason joins BBK in Southfield as a manager in operations, and brings his skills in creating value and restructuring resources to maximize overall profitability. He has extensive experience in management, manufacturing, engineering and product launches.

Prior to BBK, Jason was a Management Consultant at JBC in Stirling, Ontario, where he provided leadership in creating technology, executing smooth trouble-free product launches and developing a data-driven, value management culture.
