BBK Expands European Senior Counselor Team--New Hires Reinforce Value Proposition for Automotive OEMS.

BAD HOMBURG, Germany -- BBK, an international business advisory firm providing financial, strategic and operational services to its clients worldwide, has announced three new hires in its Frankfurt, Germany, office: Michael Petrik as Senior Director, Roland Heuke as Director and Frank Bunte as Manager.

Petrik brings more than 23 years of experience and extensive knowledge in business strategy, manufacturing engineering, quality, launch and product development. As a senior director in operations, he will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagement teams, negotiating engagements and developing new business.

Prior to joining BBK Europe, Petrik was Manager, Production Planning & Scheduling for the Ford Group in Europe where he led a department of 30 engineers to transform market demands into vehicle deliveries for the European market.

Heuke joins BBK Europe as a director in finance with more than 24 years of international finance experience. He most recently worked as an independent auditor and consultant with a strong focus on the Middle East. His responsibilities will include leading the development of action plans, managing client relationships, assessing the financial, sales, operations, and legal aspects of a client's situation, and facilitating effective communication with clients.

Heuke held various key positions during his 22 year career with KPMG. As Managing Director of KPMG Al Fozan & Bannaga, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a joint venture between the national partners and KPMG International, he was responsible for the full integration within the KPMG network, including operations, administration and business development.

Bunte comes to BBK Europe with strong international experience and extensive expertise in automotive and manufacturing strategies and processes, supplier quality, project management and efficiency improvement. As a manager in operations, he will contribute to developing new business and will be responsible for deal execution.

Previous to BBK, Bunte was the Global Launch & Project Manager for Toyota Brakes Projects(Chassis Systems Brakes) for Robert Bosch in the United Kingdom, where he was responsible for global manufacturing, capacity planning and location strategies for Toyota brake platforms.
