BBC Capital Provides Update on Cornerstone Granite and Marble Wholesale, Inc.'s Sales Developments.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- BBC Capital Management Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BBC.P) is pleased to announce that it has received an update from Cornerstone Granite and Marble Wholesale, Inc. (CGMW) regarding the sales developments of CGMW's largest customer, Cornerstone Building and Remodeling, Inc. (CBRI). CBRI has just received a contract expansion for its granite countertop program from supplying 8 Lowes stores in Florida to supplying 269 Lowes stores covering a 5 state footprint in Southeastern U.S.A.

As disclosed in BBC Capital's news releases dated September 16, 2004 and April 1, 2005, BBC Capital intends to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of CGMW. The acquisition of CGMW would represent BBC Capital's Qualifying Transaction.

The contract expansion with Lowes is combined with CBRI's concurrent rollout of product to additional Home Depot stores within the same Southeast region. CBRI had previously serviced 104 Home Depots through a series of programs including tile installation, cabinet installation and granite countertops.

CGMW is excited by these developments as it has signed a 20 year Exclusive Supply Agreement to supply CBRI with all of its granite slabs, tiles, cabinet refacing products and fabrication supplies.

CGMW has already begun to deliver granite slabs to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for the first phase of CBRI's expansion into the growing Birmingham market.

The Company has made its formal submission to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval of the Qualifying Transaction as described in the news release dated April 1, 2005.

The Company intends that this transaction will constitute its Qualifying Transaction. Upon approval and completion of the Qualifying Transaction, the Company will carry on through CGMW, as its wholly-owned subsidiary, the business of wholesale importation and distribution of raw slabs of granite, marble and other stone used in the construction industry, together with stone fabrication tools and supplies.
