VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- BBC Capital Management Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BBC)(OTCBB:BBCPF) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned operating subsidiary, Cornerstone Granite and Marble Wholesale Inc. ("CGMW"), has signed an agreement to supply specialty building products and materials to Florida Home Builders and Tudor Villas Inc. to satisfy a majority of their current and future residential and commercial building needs. The materials will include but not be limited to custom flooring products, wood and tile flooring, sinks, faucets and other hardware.

This contract has a value, at a minimum, of US$3,000,000 over the next 24 months.

"This new contract is just one of the ways CGMW will be looking to expand and organically grow its core business," stated Anthony Leeber Jr., President. "After completing CGMW's Qualifying Transaction and with the support of the capital markets now with us, we are extremely excited about the possibilities to expand the business on many different levels."

The Company is pleased to report that it is currently negotiating the roll out of a high volume tile supply program with a Fortune 100 company. The roll out would involve the supply of multiple containers of high quality marble and porcelain tiles. The Company will announce further details once the agreement has been finalized.

The Company is also pleased to announce that, further to its news releases dated April 1, 2005 and April 4, 2005, it intends to complete shortly a further tranche of the US$1.25 per share private placement of common shares.

As a correction to its news release dated September 13, 2005, the Company has granted to directors, consultants and employees a total of 2,150,000 stock options, rather than the 2,900,000 previously announced.

CGMW is Florida corporation which imports and supplies, on a wholesale basis, raw granite and marble slabs, sinks, tiles, hardware and fabrication supplies. CGMW offers competitive pricing to U.S. based retailers on raw slabs and stone fabrication tools and supplies.
