) today named John Carsten, Jr. as Director of Corporate Communications, according to Broadband President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Ron Baker.

Carsten comes to Broadband from the office of Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin. Prior to his time in state government, Carsten was a field representative and Correspondence Manager for Oklahoma Congressman Ernest Istook.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma University of Oklahoma, abbreviated OU, is a coeducational public research university located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Founded in 1890, it existed in Oklahoma Territory near Indian Territory 17 years before the two became the state of Oklahoma.  School of Journalism, Carsten was also Managing Editor of the Guthrie Daily Leader, a daily newspaper serving central Oklahoma.
