) management has released a statement following today's market close that "it knows of no reason which would justify the share price decline reflected by today's closing price," according to Ivan W. Webb, BBAN's President.

BBAN's scope of corporate activities, which includes retail stores for wireless devices and internet related services in Texas and Oklahoma, a domestic division, and extensive international telecommunications sectors, is presently being expanded.

The domestic division and its personnel are currently being realigned in order to accommodate and more appropriately reflect its focus.
