BBAN is currently in the process of finalizing the acquisition of a one-third ownership interest in Tryco, through a $ 25 Million Private Placement underway with a Houston, Texas Investment Banking firm in conjunction with Global Access. Additionally, as the result of recent negotiations between Mr. Hill and Tryco's management, Tryco has agreed to assist BroadBand Wireless in the expansion of credit lines with Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO CSCO Cisco Systems Incorporated (stock symbol) CSCO Chief Supply Chain Officer ) in order to more rapidly deploy the installation of BBAN's High-Speed Wireless Internet Networks throughout the Southwestern and Eastern Seaboard states. Hill states: "the long established and strong credit rating of Tryco and their desire to participate with BBAN in the construction and installation of High-Speed Wireless Internet Networks will quickly result in an accelerated pace of activity in this area, both domestically and internationally." Tryco's Chief Consulting Engineer, Mr. Philip Andrew Krix, is a specialist in wireless communications ranging from VSAT (Very Small Aperture satellite Terminal) A small earth station for satellite transmission that handles up to 56 Kbits/sec of digital transmission. VSATs that handle the T1 data rate (up to 1.544 Mbits/sec) are called "TSATs. to Wireless Local Loops. Mr. Krix and his staff will greatly enhance the reservoir of technical knowledge available for BBAN's wireless internet related endeavors. BBAN is also pleased to confirm that Mr. Hill has further negotiated an agreement in principal between iTell, Inc. and BroadBand Wireless International for the establishment of a Joint Venture to provide international telecommunications traffic (voice, data, video and Internet) between the United States and one or more South American countries. BBAN's International TelCom Division will also provide financial and administrative support for the following additional projects: Origination and termination contracts with telcom customers in Africa; Origination and termination contracts with customers in Thailand; Negotiations for traffic in the Pacific Rim & Far East; Acquisitions and mergers with Mexican TeleCom Companies; Collaboration with Tryco International and others for construction of Earth Stations in Central Asia, South America and Europe.
