On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced that Bed, Bath & Beyond has leased 20,000 s/f at Hampton Plaza Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region.  team of Art Weiss, Vice President, and Sandi Herman, Senior Associate, represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.

, Sussex county, Hampton Plaza Shopping Center, owned by KERE KERE Kuroshio Extension Region Experiment  Associates, is one of CBRE's exclusive assignments, with Art Weiss and Sandi Herman leading the effort. The center spans 135,000 s/f and was previously anchored by a 60,000 s/f Ames Department Store.
