BAX Global Announces the Promotion of Dan Craghead to Spearhead Centralized Customer Operations.


IRVINE, Calif. -- BAX Global BAX Global is an international shipping company that is headquartered in Irvine, California, and has other major offices in Australia, Singapore, London, The Netherlands, and Toledo, Ohio.  Inc. announced the promotion of Dan Craghead to vice president of Centralized Customer Operations today. Craghead is based in Phoenix at the Global Service Center, and was formerly the director of sales, Eastern Division in Cincinnati. Responsibilities under the newly created area of Centralized Customer Operations include customer service, product and service support, and central sales and marketing.

Before joining BAX he worked at other companies within the transportation and logistics industry.
