: IINT), a leading provider of Service Delivery Management (SDM SDM - Schematic Data Model )(TM) solutions, today announced a hosting contract with new client BASiC Energy Services (BES). BES, the third-largest well servicing contractor in the U.S., selected an Indus solution to optimize its delivery of maintenance services to America's oil and gas producers, marking the continued expansion of Indus solutions into key target markets in the commercial industry.

BES provides services which support the entire lifecycle of a well -- from drilling to production to abandonment. With more than 3,000 employees, BES ranks among the largest companies providing such services. In order to meet demanding equipment uptime and reliability needs and to continue its track record of growth, BES needed an advanced solution to manage all of its critical well servicing rigs across Louisiana, New Mexico New Mexico, state in the SW United States. At its northwestern corner are the so-called Four Corners, where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah meet at right angles; New Mexico is also bordered by Oklahoma (NE), Texas (E, S), and Mexico (S). , Oklahoma, Texas and the Rocky Mountain states Rocky Mountain States

. The company chose a comprehensive solution from Indus to meet this challenge.

The Indus solution will provide "deep asset management" for equipment and infrastructure, allowing BES to manage information such as equipment model, serial number, spare parts Spare parts, also referred to as Service Parts is a term used to indicate extra parts available and in proximity to the mechanical item, such as a automobile, boat, engine, for which they might be used.

And, with advanced features such as enterprise workflow, wireless mobility and real-time performance management, this information can be pushed to personnel across the organization's service area as needed as needed prn. For this reason, the Indus solution is ideal for companies such as BES which must maintain equipment uptime for its customers while striving to meet service level agreements and minimize costs.

"BASiC Energy Services is committed to being a leader in the oil and gas well servicing industry by providing services which exceed our customers expectations and generating a financial return to our shareholders," said Dub Harrison, V.P. Equipment and Safety, BES. "The Indus solution will help us keep this commitment by optimizing our services and helping us maintain all our clients' assets in peak and 'ready to go' condition. We chose Indus because they understand the oil and gas industry, and their software meets our specific functionality and compliance needs."

BES is the latest oil and gas service company to realize the value of Indus solutions for various facets of service delivery. "The BES contract marks a significant step in the delivery of Indus SDM solutions into key target markets outside of the utilities industry," said Indus President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Greg Dukat. "Furthermore, it is yet another example of our ability to provide successful solutions to companies across the oil and gas industry. From drilling companies like Transocean and ENTP ENTP Extraverted Intuitive Thinking Perceiving (Myers-Briggs personality type indicator)  Algeria to refining companies like Bahrain Petroleum and Kuwait Oil to distributing companies like Petro-Canada and Plains All-American, Indus has a leading track record of helping this industry achieve operational and service excellence."

To deliver the fastest time-to-value with the lowest deployment costs, BES opted for a hosted software delivery model. Utilizing this model, BES can more quickly deploy the solution to its geographically dispersed users while minimizing capital expenditures on hardware and costs for internal IT support. The hosted model also enhances application maintenance, as it is more easily scaled to accommodate new releases and additional users -- further facilitating BES' continued growth.

The deal was led by Indus channel partner PEAK Technologies, one of the world's largest providers of automatic identification and data collection systems, enterprise mobility solutions and ongoing service and support. "PEAK Technologies is pleased to work with a leading vendor such as Indus to provide world-class service delivery management solutions that help our customers improve the flow of business throughout their enterprise," said President & CEO Adrian Thomas.
