The California Table Grape Commission is offering a free brochure on ``mom's clubs'' - support groups for parents - to anyone thinking about starting such a venture.

The brochure includes ideas and tips for the formation of such informal networks and activities for parents already involved. Recipes, too (heavy emphasis on grape-based dishes, no doubt).

For a free copy of the ``Mom's Club Grapevine,'' send a business-sized, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Mom's Club Grapevine Offer, California Table Grape Commission, P.O. Box 27320, Fresno, Calif. 93729.
