Now comes Farmar, who is averaging 28 points, six rebounds, six assists and four steals per game. Farmar and his Taft team open the City Championship playoffs tonight at home against Monroe of North Hills at 7:30 p.m. After coaching Farmar for two years, Derrick Taylor is so accustomed to his star guard's talents that he's rarely amazed anymore.
