CEGLINSKY Special to the Daily News The City Section announced the pairings for the Championship Division playoffs Saturday, and, as expected, Taft of Woodland Hills was declared ineligible for the postseason despite its efforts to clear up questions regarding the guardianship and eligibility of Bernard Kamwa. Poly of Sun Valley appeared to benefit most from the exclusion of the Toreadors, who are ranked No. 2 by the Daily News.
