tomorrow night when they take on bottom-of-the-table Ware Rebels.

Last weekend's display was encouraging despite the large deficit at the buzzer.

The performance showed the strength of character among this young developing side and what prospect the club has of an eventual winning formation.

The game did however, highlight areas for improvement, being almost certainly lost by too many missed lay-ups from all players, with even the experienced Captain Derrick Pope Derrick Trayon Pope (born May 4, 1982 in Galveston, Texas) is an American football linebacker who currently plays for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Dolphins in the seventh round (222nd overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft.  finding it unusually difficult to make the basket on occasions.

Defensively there were some steady and sound performances for Matt Fisher and Gaetan Renekouzou.

Their totals of four and five points does nothing to reflect the hard work both players put in, in this their home court debut.

With lessons learned Crusaders have been preparing for Saturday night's encounter and there is an air of confidence in the Crusader camp, boosted by the prospect of the possible return of Manny Manny may refer to:

Sharland has not yet been available to play this season following stress fractures Fractures Definition

Saturday's visitors Ware are struggling in their first season in the National Conference. Unlike Crusaders they played in the National Trophy but had just one win from their six games and with both Rebels and Crusaders looking for their first league win, one looks certain to break their duck on Saturday night.

Tip-off for Saturday's game is 7:30pm at the Coventry Sports Centre. Tickets at pounds 2 are available on the door.
