Keeping your bones strong is really important. Exercise must be weight bearing to benefit bone health.

Weight-bearing weight-bearing adjective Referring to the ability of a part of the body to resist or support weight.  exercises can include strength training -- including the military push-up illustrated above -- walking, dancing, tennis, soccer, baseball and basketball.
