BASIC TRAINING> V-SIT TO A REVERSE PLANK.


This is a solid core exercise you can do right in your bedroom or in front of the TV. You will feel your arms and abs and legs in this one.

>Setup: Sit upright on the floor with your knees bent and your arms at your sides with your palms flat on the floor next to you.

>Step 1: Keeping your abs tight, lean back Verb 1. lean back - move the upper body backwards and down
recline

lean, tilt, angle, slant, tip - to incline or bend from a vertical position; "She leaned over the banister"

fall back - fall backwards and down
 slightly and bend the elbows while lifting your legs up off the floor. Keep your toes pointed and knees straight. Hold for 3-4 breaths.

>Step 2: Return your feet to the floor, keeping your legs straight.

>Step 3: Move your hands farther back behind you and straighten the arms as you lift the hips up and off the floor. Squeeze your buttocks buttocks /but·tocks/ (but´oks) the two fleshy prominences formed by the gluteal muscles on the lower part of the back.  together tight and flatten flatten - To remove structural information, especially to filter something with an implicit tree structure into a simple sequence of leaves; also tends to imply mapping to flat ASCII. >Tip: Get outside! We all need more time outside away from our phones, TVs and computers. As we try to become more green for our environment, why not also try to become more green for our bodies? Create "Green Time" for yourself and your family. Suggest an activity everyday that you can do, such as a family bike ride or walk. Some other fun ideas are tag, Frisbee, a nature hike or just a moment of meditation meditation, religious discipline in which the mind is focused on a single point of reference. It may be a means of invoking divine grace, as in the contemplation by Christian mystics of a spiritual theme, question, or problem; or it may be a means of attaining  to enjoy and appreciate your surroundings.
