BASF takes over R-M brand sales activities.BASF BASF Bar Association of San Francisco (since 1872; San Francisco, California) BASF Badische Anilin und Soda Fabrik (German chemical products company) BASF Builders Association of South Florida Coatings AG, Munster, Germany, has announced that it has acquired Chateau-Arnoux Peinture S.A.S., Chateau-Arnoux, France, and is taking over major parts of the sales activities of Michel Michel named after Gaston Michel, a French surgeon (1875-1937). Michel clip metal skin sutures in various sizes from 8 to 16 mm long. Each clip is a 2 mm wide band of metal with a downturned sharp prong at each end. Both of these companies sell automotive refinish re·fin·ish tr.v. re·fin·ished, re·fin·ish·ing, re·fin·ish·es To put a new finish on (furniture). re·fin paints in France, including BASF's R-M brand. Now, as part of these agreements, all of the companies' automotive refinish paint sales activities and business relations with R-M brand end customers will be managed and developed by BASF with the assistance of employees from Chateau-Arnoux Peinture S.A.S. and Michel DERIS S.A.S. |
