BASF Builders Association of South Florida Corporation recently celebrated the official opening of BASF's new North American headquarters building at 100 Park Avenue in Florham Park, New Jersey Florham Park is a borough in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 8,857.
Florham Park was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 9, 1899, from portions of Chatham . The 325,000 square foot building, developed in partnership with the Rockefeller Group Development Corporation at The Green at Florham Park, is designed to achieve LEED double Platinum certification. It features many BASF enabled construction solutions and is one of New Jersey's largest sustainable buildings.

Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, Lt. Gov. Guadagno and other guests were given a tour of the new building which included a visit to the Innovation Center, a permanent display of BASF technologies, and a demonstration of Kids' Lab, the company's science education program for children ages 6-12.
The day's activities also included BASF's "We create chemistry" world tour, a traveling showcase of the company's innovations to provide solutions for the challenges of the future, such as rising energy demands, the growing world population and society's high aspirations for quality of life.
