PROCEDURE:

And ingredients in phase B in primary kettle
and mix with slow agitation. Begin to heat
batch to temperatures between 75-80[degrees]C. Add
pre-wetted gums in phase A under slow propeller
mixing and continue to maintain temperature.
Add phase C to phase A/B and mix well.
In a separate kettle with a homomixer, begin to
disperse phase E. Homomix until particulate is
dispersed. Check dispersion with hegman. In a
separate kettle, add phase D and begin to heat
to temperatures between 75-80[degrees]C. Add phase E
to phase D. Maintain temperatures between
75-80[degrees]C. Homomix for 1-2 minutes. Once
phase A/B/C and phase D/E are at 80[degrees]C, add
phase D/E to phase A/B/C under homogenization.
Continue homogenizing until batch is uniform.
Transfer to sweep mixing and begin to
cool to 40[degrees]C. Add phase F one ingredient at a
time. Mix well.

PROCEDURE:

Dilute Merquat 2001 in water. Adjust pH with
NaOH to 6.0 +/- .02. Add remaining ingredients,
beginning with Tego Betaine L-7. Mix well
after each addition. Adjust pH with citric acid to
6.4. Add fragrance and preservative.

PROCEDURE:

Phase A: Slowly sift Dermacryl LT into
Eutanol G; heat to 80[degrees]C and mix until complete.
Add phase B; mix thoroughly. Combine
phase C. Add phase C to phase A and phase
B; mix thoroughly. Cool to room temperature.

PROCEDURE:

Heat CoVera to 40[degrees]C and add tetrasodium
EDTA. When uniform, slowly add Esi-Cryl 11
with strong, smooth mixing. When uniformly
dispersed, add the remaining ingredients in
the order listed. Adjust to pH5 with citric acid
and adjust viscosity with sodium chloride as
desired.

Gel Sanitizing Vertical Surface Cleaner

INGREDIENTS:                              % WT.

Deionized water                            40.0
50% NaOH                                    5.0
DeMox CSG-30 (DeForest)                    15.0
Sodium hypochlorite 10%                    40.0

PROCEDURE:

Add first three ingredients and mix well until
thick and fully dissolved. Add the chlorine
bleach last, mixing well as it is added. A viscoelastic
gel is formed.

COMMENTS:

Use "as is" on vertical surfaces or those surfaces
that require clinging action.
