BASEBALL BEAT : EARTHQUAKE KIDS GROWING UP.They were elite baseball players as 12-year-olds. Now, they're growing up and trying to stay competitive as 15- and 16-year-olds. It has been three years since Northridge Little League won the U.S. national championship in Williamsport, Pa. Thirteen of the 15 players have reached high school age.
