This compares with net income of $4,000 or $.01 per share on revenues of $4.0 million in the third quarter of 1994. The earnings per share for the current quarter were affected by a significant increase in capital, resulting from the exercise of the outstanding Purchase Warrants which expired on April 30, 1995.
