To cause damage to; impair. 3. yesterday when a security barrier smashed through the windscreen of her car in high winds. The driver has just left Dungiven Castle, Co Derry, shortly before 1pm when the accident happened. She was treated for injuries and shock at Altnaglevin Hospital. It is thought the barrier swung in the wind as the woman was driving out of the car park. A police spokesman said: "Police in Dungiven received a report of a one-vehicle road traffic collision on Main Street, Dungiven, shortly before 1pm on October 25. "A car was in collision with a barrier. One female sustained injuries." |
