The largely residential city is home to many motion-picture and television personalities. is world famous for high-end retail stores and exclusive boutiques. No bargains there, right? Wrong. Clothes Minded on Beverly Drive Beverly Drive is a northwest/southwest major street in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. The southern end of Beverly Drive is at the intersection of Beverly Drive and Harlow Avenue, a small street south of National Blvd. and north of the Santa Monica Freeway. has fantastic bargains on women's clothing usually found in medium- to high-end department stores This is a list of department stores. In the case of department store groups the location of the flagship store is given. This list does not include large specialist stores, which sometimes resemble department stores. and boutiques. For example, a famous-maker dress in white with embroidered em·broi·der v. em·broi·dered, em·broi·der·ing, em·broi·ders v.tr. 1. To ornament with needlework: embroider a pillow cover. 2. white accents can be purchased in high-end department stores for $65 to $70. The dress and the matching blazer are sold as a set at Clothes Minded for $15 each. Sleeveless linen dresses that button down the front run $15 instead of $55 to $60 retail; jeans that retail for $45 are $15; and various styles of denim dresses in several lengths are also $15. Notice a pattern? All clothing at Clothes Minded is $15 rather than $28 to $150 retail. Clothes Minded carries sizes 2 to 14 in junior, misses, and women's first-quality clothing. Most goods are famous-maker closeouts or overruns. Shipments arrive two to three times weekly, so you never know what you may find. The store currently has plenty of summer dresses, 100 percent cotton sweaters, shorts, tops, pants and skirts. There were still a few items left for cooler weather, such as unisex jackets in cotton twill twill One of the three basic textile weaves (see weaving), distinguished by diagonal lines. In the simplest twill, the weft crosses over two warp yarns, then under one, the sequence being repeated in each succeeding shot (row), but stepped over, one warp either to the with flannel lining, sweater sets, and hand-knit sweaters. On the day of our visit, short overalls with embroidered or appliqued bibs were available in girls' sizes 4 to 6X. In addition to clothing, you'll find fashion accessories. Socks and tights are $2 to $7; belts are $15; and sunglasses run $7 to $15. The currently popular drop necklaces that retail for as much as $76 are $14 here. Clothes Minded is located at 338 N.
