Covercraft Outlet Store An outlet store or factory outlet is a retail store in which manufacturers sell their stock directly to the public through their own branded stores. The stores can be can be brick and mortar or online. in Canoga Park sells covers for cars and trucks in a variety of sizes and materials and at deeply discounted prices. For example, the most popular seller is Covercraft's Technalon ready-fit cover for cars in the 15- to 16-foot range. If you were to purchase this cover in a discount automotive chain store, you would pay about $130. The price at the outlet store is $40. For the most part, the car covers at the outlet store are returns from chain stores, usually because of fit. The covers are examined before being offered for sale, and the ``flaws'' are usually tire smudges occurring when the vehicle owner tried the cover on for size.
