BARGAINS : A NUT LOVER'S PARADISE.

Byline: Trisha King & Deborah Newmark

If the smell of freshly roasted nuts makes your mouth water, make sure your stomach is full before visiting Christopher's Nut Co. This is the place to buy fresh raw or roasted nuts, dried fruits and candy at discounted prices.

Let's start with our favorite - cashews. A 10-ounce can of cashews runs $4.99 at a chain grocery store. A pound (16 ounces) of freshly roasted cashews at Christopher's is $3.95. Colossal co·los·sal

There are plenty of items besides nuts at Christopher's. Christopher's has them raw for $2.65 a pound or roasted for $2.95.
