BAOA Announces Installation of a New Board of Directors.

BAOA(NNOTC:BAOA) is pleased to announce the installation of three new members of the Board of Directors, John Ballard, Barry Peters and R. Cameron Billmyer.

These gentlemen bring a high degree of expertise and experience to the management and direction of BAOA in the fields of business, finance and law.

John Ballard has more than 14 years of leadership, management, project management, accounting and administrative experience. Ballard is currently the CFO for a chain of retail stores in Denver, where he is responsible for all financial operations of retail stores, and creates all accounting and financial reports. Ballard has served as a financial specialist for Martin Lockheed and served as an accountant for Texaco. Ballard holds a BS in management and marketing from the University of Colorado, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ballard also holds an MBA from Regis University.

Barry Peters has over 17 years of experience in the Internet, software development, telecommunications, entertainment and financial services industries. His experiences range from start-ups to established Fortune 500 companies. Peters is principal of Southland Ventures, a company that assists new and emerging companies with raising new capital and management consulting. Peters is currently chief executive officer of Yeardisc Systems, a school to career company that supplies the education market with turnkey technology training programs. Yeardisc Systems is a client of Southland Ventures.

Peters was the founding CFO of YouBet.com, leading their financing efforts and member and CFO at Avtel Communications, assisting the company in raising its initial $1 million of seed capital and leading the reverse merger into a public company. While Peters served on the Board, Avtel merged with Matrix Telecom to form a $100 million company. Peters was CFO/senior vice president of Interactive Cable Systems where market capitalization grew from $4 million to $250 million and revenue from $1 million to $20 million in less than two years. Other key positions held by Peters include corporate field operations financial manager for SpectraVision, consultant/senior auditor for United Technologies and senior accountant/auditor for various companies.

Peters holds a BS from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA, CMA and CIA.

R. Cameron Billmyer has enjoyed a distinguished career as a lawyer, currently specializing in corporate law transactional work, due diligence and financial analysis. Also, for the past six years, he has been a part-time Professor at Villanova University. Prior to establishing his own law firm, Billmyer was a trial attorney specializing in FELA litigation in Federal District Courts throughout the Eastern and Midwestern United States and defense litigation for the insurance industry in Philadelphia. Billmyer received a BA from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn., a M.Ed. from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. and a J.D. from the Delaware Law School of Widener University.
