BANYAN'S DOUBLECASE ENTERS INTO DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH CANADA'S GLOBELLE.COLORADO SPRINGS, Col.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 1997--Banyan Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board -- BANY) announces that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Globelle Corporation of Canada to distribute its line of DoubleCase hard-sided protective carrying cases. Globelle, a major North American distribution resource, sells and supports products from over 90 vendors in Canada with a focus on top product lines within strategic categories: mass storage, networking, PC's, notebooks, servers, software, printers, input devices, multimedia, graphics and video, power products, modems and more. Globelle has offices in Mississauga, Vancouver and Montreal; warehouse facilities in Mississauga and Vancouver; and currently employees more than 200 people throughout Canada.
