WOLTERS KLUWER, AMSTERDAM, HAS announced it has acquired CBF Systems, Inc., on behalf of Bankers Systems, Inc., St. Cloud, Minnesota. CBF Systems, parent company of VMP Mortgage Forms and ELF Solutions, provides mortgage compliance services, forms and forms automation solutions to large mortgage lenders, commercial banks and third-party resellers. Bob Dart will continue to lead CBF Systems as president and chief executive officer, reporting to Robert White, president and chief executive officer of Bankers Systems, Inc.
