 BANK ONE NOW OFFERS 13.9 PERCENT CREDIT CARD
 MILWAUKEE, Wis., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank One is now giving


consumers more credit choices by offering a low-rate credit card. This new card features a 13.9 percent annual percentage rate, 25 day grace period and $25 annual fee. The Bank One 13.9 percent credit card is one of the lowest rates available compared to the national average rate of 18.8 percent. Customers can choose between MasterCard and VISA.
 "We are responding to market demand and giving rate conscious consumers another choice," stated Ray Thayer, president, Banc One Wisconsin Bankcard Corporation. "Bank One believes in providing customers with options and opportunities to help meet their financial needs.
 "The card will be serviced by Banc One Wisconsin Bankcard Corporation in Milwaukee, a subsidiary of Bank One, Milwaukee and affiliate of Banc One Corporation, Columbus, Ohio. The credit card is available to anyone in the country, subject to credit approval by calling 800-388-0225.
