BANK OF AMERICA'S FIRST FUNDS WILL BECOME PACIFIC HORIZON FUNDS; SEI HIGH SIERRA GOVERNMENT FUND ASSETS ALSO MOVED TO PACIFIC HORIZON

 SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholders of Bank of America's First Funds of America Government and Treasury Money Funds have approved their reorganization as Pacific Horizon Shares of the new Pacific Horizon Government Fund and new Pacific Horizon Treasury Only Fund, respectively, effective March 1, 1993.
 At the same time, shareholders of Bank of America's First Cash Funds of America Government and Treasury Portfolios approved their reorganization as Horizon Service Shares of the Pacific Horizon Government Fund and Pacific Horizon Treasury Only Fund, respectively, effective March 1, 1993. Horizon Service Shares are sold to institutions and may not be purchased by individuals directly.
 Also, shareholders of First Funds of America Eagle California Tax- Free Money Fund and First Cash Funds of America California Tax-Free Portfolio approved their mergers with the Pacific Horizon shares and Horizon Service Shares, respectively, of the Pacific Horizon California Tax-Exempt Money Market Fund, effective March 1, 1993.
 In addition, shareholders of the First Funds of America Money Market Fund and First Cash Funds of America Money Market Portfolio have approved their mergers with the Pacific Horizon Shares and Horizon Service Shares, respectively, of the Pacific Horizon Prime Fund, effective March 1, 1993.
 Earlier, the SEI High Sierra U.S. Government Money Market portfolio was liquidated by Bank Of America Nevada following authorization from the trust accounts holding shares of the fund. Most of the proceeds of the transaction, which was completed Jan. 29, 1993, were invested in the Pacific Horizon Treasury Fund.

Concord Holding Corporation is the administrator of the funds and its subsidiary, Concord Financial Group, Inc., is the distributor and sponsor. Concord is unaffiliated with Bank of America.
