At about 8:30 p.m. Steven Buscher, 26, was inside his car, which had stopped at the intersection of Ysrella Avenue and Heywood Street, when he was approached by two men, police said. One of the robbers, who appeared to be between 20 and 30 years old, approached Buscher with a handgun and demanded cash, police said.
