The Company has acquired the right to earn a 100 percent interest in 2 claim groups totaling 15 claim units, immediately on strike and contiguous to the Sewell-Reeves property where Hemlo Gold Mines recently announced a discovery hole grading 0.19 ounces gold per ton over 39 feet. The Ross property is located in Penhorwood Township and is contiguous to the north and on strike to the Nat River project of Otis J. Exploration Corporation. Otis J. recently announced the commencement of a drilling program on six geophysical ge·o·phys·ics

Band-Ore now has 6 projects in the Timmins west camp, 3 of which have been optioned to major mining companies in the last twelve months (TECK-Bristol Lake property, HEMLO-Thunder Creek property, CAMECO-Wakemac property). The company also has a new gold discovery on the company's 100 percent owned THORNE PROPERTY.

THORNE PROPERTY

The Company has commenced drilling on its 100 percent owned Thorne property located in Bristol and Thorneloe Townships. The drilling program is testing the on strike extension of the Kapika Zone (290,000 tons of 0.074 ounces gold per ton) and the recently announced gold discovery 1.5 miles to the west of the Kapika Zone. Several major mining companies have expressed an interest in optioning, joint-venturing and/or acquiring the Thorne property.
