Bachelor of Science in Chemistry ), based in Spain, acquired Banco de Caracas for US$340 million. BSCH will combine its subsidiary Banco de Venezuela with Banco de Caracas to create the country's biggest bank, with approximately $4.4 billion in assets and a 20% market share. |
